Dr. Sheida Isikli is a materials scientist and experienced project manager, currently serving as Programme Manager for IKC3 (Ireland’s Knowledge Centre for Carbon, Climate, and Community Action) since June 2025.

 

In this role, she oversees overall programme management and contributes to the design and delivery of sustainability-focused microcredentials.

 

With over a decade of experience across academia, industry, and digital education, she previously worked as Programme Manager for Sustainable Materials at Logitech Ireland, managing sustainable materials and  circular economy initiatives in consumer electronics. She also held roles as R&D Scientist and Manager at Solvay Belgium, contributing to EU-funded projects (FP7, H2020) on advanced materials for energy storage.

 

Dr. Isikli has designed and delivered professional training programmes, including the BatteryMBA at Battery Associates, where she taught courses on EU Battery Regulation, Battery101, and Electrochemical Testing Techniques. Her interdisciplinary expertise bridges science, education, and sustainability strategy.
